TWO ROOM APARTMENTS (40 square metres + balcony max 4 persons)
Livingroom with sofa bed and complete cooking area, a double bed room and bathroom with shower.

THREE ROOM APARTMENTS (60 square metres + balcony max 6 persons)
Livingroom with sofa bed and complete cooking area, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath. There is a possibility (with an extra charge) to add one or two beds.

On request bed linen and T.V. can be hired.
There is a good variety of different arrangements to satisfy your needs.

The apartments are furnisched with everithing that is needed to cook and prepare meals. The rent price include the charges of electricity, water, gas and the local tourist tax; the eventual final cleaning of the apartments is not included. (Two room Apartment Euro 35.00, Three room apartment Euro 48.00).

Our terms and conditions:
1) RESERVATION: the apartment is booked upon receipt of account.
2) PAYMENT: the tenant pay the 30% of the total rent as account, the rest is paid on the arrival day.
3) DEPOSIT: Euro 100.00 will be paid as deposit against any eventual damages and will be refunded on departure day after a check of the apartment.
4) CANCELLATION: in this case the tenant loses the account.
5) NUMBER OF TENANTS: as laid down in stringent national regulations, the apartment cannot be used by any other than the declared tenants in the agreed contract; upon arrival particulars will be taken from passport to comply with the above.
6) ARRIVAL: from 2 pm to 7 pm on the arrival day.
7) DEPARTURE: not later than 10 am on the departure day.
